Never Inject Disinfectant, Instead Inject These 3 Things
Okay, so you wonder whether you can inject or drink disinfectant to your body or not. You probably think so because recent statements that Donald Trump, the lovely US President said so. You are wondering if injecting bleach could help you kill the coronavirus and make you immune to COVID-19. But you know what? Surprisingly, you can never inject any amount of disinfectant or sanitizer to your body. Stop thinking that it will make yourself healthy and be freed from the novel Sars-Cov-2 ever.
Here's my take, if you want to be healthy and have an immune system that's stronger than coronavirus, you must do these 5 things. Trust me, this won't damage your body!
1. Drink Plenty of Water
Good old tales tell that drinking eight 8-ounce glasses of water or equals to 2 liters of it is every day is good for your health. That's why always stick to the water. Say bye-bye for a while to your favorite soda or even alcohol drink. It's time for you to give your body some liquid that your body love. Trust me, your body will thank you.
2. Consume Your Vitamin C
Do you know what coronavirus hates? Strong immune system. And now, do you know what makes your immune strong? A lot actually, but one of them in consuming vitamin C. In vitamin C, it has antioxidants. The antioxidant in vitamin C will neutralize the unstable compunds you have in your body. These unstable compounds are called free radicals. it also helps your body to prevent or reverse cellular damage because of these compounds. Sounds pretty confusing but in the end, vitamin C surely improves your immune system.
You can get vitamin C through daily intake of supplements or from some fruits and vegetables. Remember how your mom told you to eat fruit and vegetables when you were a kid? Yup, she cared about your health.
3. Chase the Vitamin D
Okay not literal meaning of chasing, but still you should let your body get that vitamin D. Vitamin D is known to destroy pathogens in your body that cause infection. That is why you need it during this coronavirus outbreak season.
I'm pretty sure by now you already know how to get it. Yes, by sunbathing. That is the best natural way to get vitamin D. The sun exposure lets your body produce vitamin D. Depends on your skin color, you might need a different duration on sunbathing. Ligh skin people need about 15 minutes, while darker skin people might need a little bit more time than that.
For those who want to skip sunbathing, you can get it from foods too. Make sure you have a daily intake of eggs, milk, or fish to get the vitamin D.
From some studies, it is found that vitamin D can protect your body against acute respiratory infections. You know that coronavirus attacks the respiratory system, right?
So people, stop thinking about the nonsense of injecting disinfectant, bleaching, or other harm chemicals into your body. True, those harmful chemicals can kill coronavirus outside of your body and probably inside too. But you, yourself will also get severe infections, health problems, and probably passed out if you inject or drink it.
Just pretend that you never heard Donald Trump saying that and consume what I suggest you instead.
