Happiness is a choice, it's you who decides, whether you know it or not; it's the result of your attitude towards life. Whatever it's positive or negative, all events, people, relationships, and basically everything that you encounter in your life affect you. Positive thinking increases energy levels, creativity, and productivity by up to 30%. Researchers also believe that positive thinking is a factor in longevity, disease treatment, physical health, and endurance.

3. Eliminate your negative thoughts.

Some people are drowning in negative thoughts and have serious problems getting rid of them. A university study in Madrid showed that writing down negative thoughts on a piece of paper and then getting rid of them is an effective way to get rid of them.

4. Write down the things you are thankful for on paper.

Feeling and thinking about the things that motivate you to wake up is a great way to have more happiness in life and prevent depression and fear.

5. Meditate.

6. Get enough sleep.

9. Laugh more.

If you feel like you're having a hard day and you're tired of trying to laugh more, psychological research has shown that even if you do smile, it can make you happier.

Scientists still don't know why laughing can make you happy, but smiling seems to direct more blood flow to the frontal lobes of the brain, which in turn releases dopamine and makes you happy.

10. Spend more time in nature.

Researchers at the University of Essex say that spending time in green nature, even if it's only five minutes, can improve your mood and boost your self-esteem.
A study has shown that short walks in nature or in the backyard can help improve your mood and reduce stress.


11. Forgive others.

Forgiveness does not mean that what happened is true, it just means that you no longer want to endure the pain that comes with it.
