So how to forgive?

When someone hurts us, we usually review what we want to tell them in our minds for long time, and thus spend a lot of our energy on it. but putting these mental conversations on paper can be more effective because it allows us to express our current feelings about exactly what happened and all the negative effects. To do this, we feel less angry and less anxious, and we may come to a conclusion to see things from a different perspective; this may help you to deal with resentment properly.
When we put our feelings on paper, we can face our real anger. Anger is an emotion that is difficult for many of us to deal with because it's anger that hinders forgiveness. So, when we can overcome our anger, we can easily forgive others. Of course, let's not forget that others can't make us angry unless we let them. In addition, it's up to us to control how angry we are, as well as how long we feel angry. This is important because staying in long term anger can endanger the health of our body and soul.

It may be much easier to blame others for making us angry than taking some of the responsibility for our anger, but remember that when we decide to forgive others, we do so first for our own peace of mind. We can also communicate better with others.

When you feel resentment towards someone, you actually become his/her slave.
Don't let anyone take control of your thoughts. Eliminate your appetite it calms your mind and takes away the pleasure of working from you. Therefore, don't let anything and anyone ruin your inner peace.
