5 Books To Read During Quarantine
Throughout history, epidemics have had a profound effect on world writers, and this ominous and deadly phenomenon has importantly inspired and enduring works that depict human and social responses in the event of an epidemic.
It's at the time of the epidemic that the weaknesses and at the same time the strengths of human beings are shown to humans themselves. The desire to survive and try to survive is even stronger than some wars. All of these inevitable conditions and deep feelings allow the writers or poet to think more deeply about the concepts, such as life and death, as well as human relationships.
Reading books has a tremendous impact on the human mind and behavior, it can affect individually one's social dimensions. reading books inspires hope and motivation in a person and awakens the imagination. A lot of people today prefer to play a game and are busy with social media, and they think that they will help them to reduce stress and anxiety. Reading, on the other hand, has unbelievable advantages for mental health.
So, there are five best books that I personally have read and have a deep impact mentally in my life. I'd highly recommend everyone to read these books during quarantine, and reading books should be fun and interesting especially nowadays. These books are going to help you find out for further improvement.
1. Ego is the enemy
(Written by Ryan Holiday)this book is organized into three sections: Success, Aspire, and Failure. The purpose is to help everyone overcome ego early before habits taking hold, we do need to substitute the temptations of ego with modesty and self-improvement. It will help you to fight against your ego and kill it. It will make us humble in our respiration and to be actually resilient in frustrating conditions. Whoever you are, you are two, one is your ego and the other one is your physic, so your ego won't stop being against you unless you take control of it. No one can eradicate ego but you can at least drive it.
Probably you know that "ego" is the root of all trouble and wall. It can't be seen but it is usually against us and it blames for our problems. Practicing to see ego takes and patience, when you can manage it, you can drive.

The writer of this book talks about history, science, philosophy, and religion to reveal who we really are, it makes us think whether we have taken the right way to live. He's written the 12 rules for everyone to come at the end of oneself. This book will help to break down the hidden concepts of "chaos and order" We can't be always stable, secure, and unchanging because there are important things we need to learn. It teaches us that life is always a balance between chaos and order. If we lose one of them, it will be difficult to figure out the meaning, however, learning the concepts of balancing and it will help you to build a strong path. Knowing chaos and order will enable us to get through the hard condition. So, this book can change our view of life.
3. Be the change: How meditation can transform you and the world.
(Written by ED and DEB Shapiro)
This book is unbelievably amazing and effective. I've read this book twice, and it's taught that I used to live in an unpeaceful world; I'd been overwhelmed by illusion where I'd created millions of empty dreams. I was never in peace and pride mixed up with each cell of my blood, and I used to think that I'd been much better than everyone in the world. So, this book's a lot of unchangeable people, if anyone in the world read this book, it won't only transform the world but also the people who are willing. It says all the things are coming and going, it gives a clear message of everything that we need. Whatever is happening today will alter into something else. So, now I'd like to recommend this book to anyone to read in social distancing, because it draws everyone to see oneness in everything. We are all equally precious.
